- For virtual sessions, once your request is received, you will be given a zoom link via email from Pilates By Carly along with further instructions.
- For in-person sessions, once your request is received, you will be given instructions regarding health and safety procedures via email from Pilates By Carly along with further instructions.
- Please note: For classes, you must book at least one hour before the start of class time. Cancellations must also be made at least one hour before the start of class time. Cancellations for private or duet sessions must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
