Class Descriptions

Pulse Pilates is a hybrid of classical and contemporary Pilates mat work with isometrics and pulsing that comes from Barre training. This is a full body workout geared towards spinal mobility, strengthening the core and toning arms, back, glutes and thighs. All you need is a mat. Optional props may be used. • 45 minutes

Abs + Arms is an upper body focused Pulse Pilates class that is geared towards working the core and upper body including arms, shoulders, back and chest. All you need is a mat. Optional props may be used. • 45 minutes

Lower Body Burn is a lower body focused Pulse Pilates class that is geared towards working the core and lower body including glutes, thighs, calves, ankles and feet. All you need is a mat. Optional props may be used. • 45 minutes

Barre Burn focuses on small muscle movement to sculpt and tone. In this full body workout, pulse to feel every muscle fiber of your body working while strengthening the core and toning arms, back, glutes and thighs. Barre is known for the shake and burn that we love to hate and hate to love. All you need is a mat and a chair. Optional props may be used. • 45 minutes

Cardio Sculpt works the entire body through intervals of cardiovascular exercises and muscle toning exercises to create a long, lean, healthy body. Utilizing aspects of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), this class can be done with or without sneakers. All you need is a mat, water and a towel. Optional props may be used. • 45 minutes

Sculpt + Stretch blends classical and contemporary Pilates mat work with deep stretching; the perfect mix for a restorative session. This class works the entire body and focuses on mobility, strengthening, and stretching of the skeleton, muscles, and joints. All you need is a mat. Optional props may be used. • 45 minutes

Mix It Up Sundays cycles through all the different theme classes. Each week challenge your body with something different. Pulse Pilates, Abs + Arms, Lower Body Burn, Barre Burn, Cardio Sculpt or Sculpt + Stretch. Optional props may be used. You can see what’s in store here. • 45 minutes

Reformer utilizes the Pilates Reformer apparatus. Focusing on control while working through spring tension creates a body that is long and strong. Complete a full body workout geared towards spinal mobility, strengthening the core and toning arms, back, glutes and thighs. Reformer props including the box and jump board may be used along with optional small props. • 45 minutes

Optional props include:

  • Squeezable Prop- Ball, Pilates Magic Circle or Small Pillow
  • Challenge Prop- Long Stretch Band or Small Loop Band
  • Weights- Light Dumbbells, Wrist or Ankle Weights, Bottles or Cans
